How does Society For All Work? Can I feel comfortable adding to the group?
Society For All is not a customer acquisition tool.
By posting your photo you’re not entitled to the people commenting. They belong to the advisors that added them.
It’s our lifestyle community group where we add valuable content and our customers can share their reviews and photos as well.
There are no links and no one you didn’t add should be messaged.
When you add your people to the group the admin team can see who added that person. Ideally, you will notify the person so that they know to look for your add and you can tag them in the pinned welcome post at the top. If they do see something that they want they know how and where to get it. 🙌🙌
We hired an admin to monitor and your leadership team is the panel that approves posts/monitors etc. We occasionally get someone who has no clue who added them and if they joined the group with a link instead of being added there isn’t a paper trail.
This has happened VERY rarely. We will then attempt to look for mutual friends and ask the person if they remember anyone in their friends list posting about Beauty Society.
If we still can’t find them we have a spreadsheet of our Ultimate + leadership team and we go down the list in order and give those people to them. This has happened so infrequently that we have never even made it past a few leaders. You can feel 1000% comfortable adding to the group.
What’s the best way to do it?

WORDING IDEAS
Here is the exact wording you can use that’s crazy helpful!
This willl be your first post. These are just some ideas to build intrigue.
To make this even more successful, before making your post do these things: Go comment on 10 of your Facebook friends' posts Go to Facebook stories and interact with them. Send 5-10 messages in messenger to people to just connect and see how they are doing.
Here are the post ideas you can use when you make your post on your Facebook wall. Pick the one that you feel will resonate most with your audience:
Idea 1. Oh my gosh.... age and sunspots are real! Do you have them yet??
Idea 2. Ugh. Under eye circles.... hate them. Do you have them??
Idea 3. Botox YES or NO?
After people comment, you will want to send them a private message. Here are some things we recommend when it is someone you don't necessarily know well: Look at their wall first and see if anything is going on you could ask or compliment on. Be yourself. Ask open-ended questions. Keep it short and casual.
Message Example 1: Hey Trixie! Wow, your vacay looked awesome! Thanks for the comment on my post! I also have dark circles so I totally get it. Hey, by the way, I'm a part of this online community where other people are sharing what they're doing to get rid of them plus lots of free information on skin health and beauty. Want me to add you so you can check it out? If not, no biggie.
Message Example 2: Trixie, Hey thanks for the comment on my post! Whatever you are doing looks great on you girl! Flawless!!! 🎉 By the way, I'm a part of this online community where other people are sharing what they're doing to combat aging skin plus lots of free information on skin health and beauty. Want me to add you so you can check it out? If not, no biggie. Side note: Never compare skincare to botox or suggest it in lieu of. These are medical procedures. Injections freeze the muscles so they no longer make the same movement causing the wrinkle. It does nothing to improve skin quality. Skincare can improve skin quality but it can’t freeze muscles.
When anyone says YES to your message, you will want to add them to our Facebook group, Society for All. This is the biggest and best tool for sales. ( facebook.com/groups/societyforall ) Once you ADD them and they accept the invitation, you will want to TAG them in the video that is pinned at the top that explains what the group is. (to tag people who are in the group, you simply comment with @ followed by their name, and their name will pop up for you) For those of you who want to get the MOST out of Society for All for yourself and your customers, here are some tips: Spend 5-10 minutes a day commenting on posts in there. This helps keep the excitement going and also helps for the posts to show up in your friends' timelines.
Make sure to tag anyone who accepts your invitation to the group in the welcome video in the announcements. Tag your customers and potential customers in new sales, promotions, giveaways, lives, or result pictures you think they might like. Don't just add people and then forget about them. Continually add new members and ALL of your customers. Aim to add 5-10 people every day.
